How much start up cost should we expect?

We kept the requirements for CV very simple.  All you need is a broadband internet connection, a web or digital camera, a browser (like Internet Explorer) and Candidate View.

We tested 7 different web cameras ranging in price from under $30 to under $120 and 3 digital cameras that capture pictures and video.

What kind of environment should we create?

Simple is a good motto....a well-lit quiet environment is ideal.  However, you can capture CVs while having coffee or have candidates submit CVs to you remotely.

How are the media files secured?

Secure Link - the party that receives the CV link has a limited access to the protected content, meaning the user is only granted access to the player itself.

Limited Views - CV allows Recruiters to set number of views before the link expires.

Can we send audio only files for clients who request them?

Yes.  In fact many web cameras come with avatar and masking feature built right in so you can highlight a candidates "phone presence."
